Hello Members and welcome to our Third Legislative Conference website. Here you’ll find information about how to register, where to stay and what we’ll be doing during your stay in our nation’s capital. The Conference will kick off Monday, September 10, and will continue through Wednesday, September 12.

The goal of the Legislative Conference is to bring our members together in an invitation-only setting to conduct an annual business meeting and meet with influential members of the Administration and Congress. These meetings will provide us with an opportunity to relay the ethanol industry’s priorities to our nation’s policymakers.

This is the place to submit a registration, track the conference schedule, book your room at the Growth Energy discount rate, schedule appointments with your congressional delegation and get ideas for things to do and see while you’re in Washington.

What does it cost?

Nothing. That’s a benefit of membership. However, you must register and commit to attending the conference before booking your hotel room. You are responsible for your own transportation and lodging arrangements and expenses.

Where should I stay?

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill from Sunday, Sept. 9 through Wednesday, Sept. 12 at a discounted rate of $339 for a single or double; $364 for a triple and $389 for quadruple occupancy. These rates are good for three days prior and three days following the conference. A link to hotel registration will be emailed to you with the registration confirmation. All reservations MUST be submitted by August 5.

What else can I do while I’m in the nation’s capitol?

There’s plenty to do in D.C.! You can visit one of the world class Smithsonian museums, check out the latest memorials on the National Mall and sample some of the first rate food prepared by talented and skilled chefs. We got plenty of suggestions on our Optional Tours page.
