2011 Executive Leadership Conference


The first leadership conference in Phoenix, Ariz. was such an overwhelming success that we have decided to make it an annual event.

Please join me March 3-6, 2011 in Las Vegas, Nev. for Growth Energy’s second Executive Leadership Conference. The 2011 conference will be bigger and better than before and will feature guest speakers and experts from our industry and beyond.

The goal of the conference will be to bring our members together in an invitation-only setting to assess the state of our organization and the ethanol industry. It will also be a chance to discuss the challenges and opportunities that our industry will face in the coming year — from educating consumers about E15 to our efforts to open the fueling market through our Fueling Freedom plan.

A lot has happened since last March and I encourage you to join us in Vegas as we review the accomplishments of 2010 and set goals for 2011. Our members are the true leaders in this movement and your continued support will help us achieve our industry’s goals through the expanded use of America’s fuel.

What does it cost?

Nothing. As an invited participant and a benefit of membership, you enjoy complimentary registration for the Executive Leadership Conference. You are responsible for your own transportation, lodging arrangements and expenses.

Where should I stay?

We’ve secured a block of rooms at the Wynn Las Vegas. All conference general sessions are located in the Wynn's meeting facilities. Growth Energy has negotiated a special rate for Resort Guest Rooms ($219). Recently renovated Tower Resort Suites and one-bedroom Parlor and Salon Suites are available at the hotel's standard rates. You’ll need to register for the conference in order to gain access to our special reservations booking site.

What else can I do while I’m in Las Vegas?

Growth Energy has organized a round of golf at Bear's Best, about 30 minutes from the Wynn. Additionally, we have available a tour of the Hoover Dam. There’s plenty to do in Vegas. Check out our Vegas information page for suggestions on dining, golfing, shopping and sights in the area.
